MANAGER

Zion (she/her) has been managing Mod Maids since August 2021.

She has decades worth of customer service experience and enjoys building special, long lasting relationships with our wonderful clients. They enjoy her cheerful demeanor and positive attitude.

She’s a whiz when it comes to accommodating special requests and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. During her time away from Mod Maids, she loves trying new vegan recipes, cozying with her three orange kitties, and taking beautiful hikes with her sister and her golden retriever, Mr. Furley.

PROPRIETRIX

In 2016, Odessa (she/her) started Mod Maids with her husband James.

With the combination of his clever marketing strategy and her excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, the company soon became known as an exceptional cleaning service in the Palm Springs area.

After 4 years of hands on work in all areas of the company, Odessa went on to enjoy her other pursuits. Today she coaches entrepreneurs on business growth, including her Airbnb consulting as well as running her online art gallery which houses a vast collection of art and merchandise with multiple “art for cause” projects.

One of her most treasured activities is spending time with her sister Zion where they often brainstorm on ways to better Mod Maids for the team, the customers, and the community.

TEAM LEAD/CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Lulu (she/her) joined the Mod Maids crew in 2019.

She quickly impressed our customers with her high level of service. After our temporary closure in 2020, she happily returned to work and has since been running her own cleaning team. Her favorite room to clean is the bathroom-she adds the extra sparkle. In her free time, she enjoys an afternoon walk.

Maria (she/her) joined Lulu’s team in 2022.

She receives wonderful feedback from our customers. Her favorite part of cleaning is the kitchen. She loves music and enjoys listening every chance she gets.

Alexus (she/her) joined Lulu’s team in 2022.

Her favorite part of cleaning houses is the dusting. In her free time she enjoys a variety of exercise.

BRAND AMBASSADOR

Mod Maids would not be the recognized brand we are today without the one and only Bella da Ball (she/her).

Palm Springs’ hostess with the mostest said yes to being the face of the brand in 2016. Since then, her face has been seen all over Coachella Valley on sparkly pink vans, print ads, TV spots and loads of in person events.

Today you will find Bella hosting weekly Bingo at King's Highway Restaurant and Trivia at Amigo Room, Mondays, at Ace Hotel & Swim Club. Bella has a star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars at 369 North Palm Canyon. She can often be seen at events throughout the area, including Modernism Week, Palm Springs Pride, Safe Schools Desert Cities, AAP Food Samaritans, Cathedral City LGBT Days, LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert, Drag Story Hour, and many others.
